Right, those hard fought ties felt like leads.

The repeated comebacks were ridiculous.  When they went down 4-0, my first thought was “well, they’re probably due for at least one loss.”

Nope.  Not due yet…

It actually is pretty good.  Not sure what this has to do with the most exciting win in the most exciting hot streak of the season…

I quoted a line from that movie a couple of times here:

”Never give up; never surrender “

Captain James Taggart of Galaxy Quest

He's out of options, but if Rut does not return before roster expansions, maybe we go with 3 catchers.

Rutschman has got to be thinking “rehab me now!! I so want in on this!!”

Oh..  ok.

Oddly appropriate from a weird Star Trek spoof…

I think I’d use a roster spot to keep him

Yup...

Tied it in the 5th.

Tied it in the 9th.

Tied it in the 10th.

Tied it in the 11th and 12th.

Won it in the 13th.

I think we scored in 8 out of 13 innings.

Guy has been doing a tremendous job, that’s for sure. Manager of the year already? Hands down to me.

Be careful,  it is Interim Manager.

Nothing permanent in Boston

He's definitely the interim manager of the year.

Making Mattingly in Philly look impotent

Anyone still want Kyle Harrison back?  All 3 ex-Brewers were so huge in this one…

Yet MIL is the best team in baseball by record. It’s crazy the job they are doing in the minors. I think It’s turning into a win-win trade.

It may only be +1 in the W-Ls but winning that very winnable game is 1000% better than losing it.

One major difference to early season is that the team overcame their own mistakes to get it done , finally getting the key hit.

I think it was huge to win that one

Btw Campbell is hitting 398 in the last 18 games. Arias is also smashing the ball. Seems like literally all stars are aligning for us.

I think a lot of us felt this way, we can't win them all.  But the way they are coming back now is so different than earlier in the season.  They got down 3 in the 8th and they just looked like they were ready to get on the bus.

So happy for Tracy.  This was his big chance and he's winning.

Chapman remains a concern and this can no longer be ignored.

Can't have everything I guess.  Remember in 2018 Kimbrel was falling apart at the end of it.
