    Huh? Point? Bashed, or praised. Opinions on trades can change from game to game, week to week, month to month, and year to year. Look how the Sale trade looked as time went along with Atlanta as everyone watched him win the CY after being traded not only for a suspect, but the Red Sox generously paid $17M of his contract.All opinions, and grades of trades are subject to change at the drop of a hat, which is nothing new.

    The Red Sox for the past few years always seem to have a roster construction problem. JD was still here,so there wasn’t really a spot for Schwaber the first time, and this year the Red SOX were trying to cram 5 players into 4 spots, which didn’t work out well for some, so there wouldn’t have really been a spot for Schwaber this time either especially since Brez couldn’t have figured out how to provide one.

    Ah the picture of Sam, and JH holding up the wall in the Red SOX clubhouse in Baltimore as Brez addresses the ball club after the Cora firing comes more into focus everyday. The Three Stooges at work. If only this mess was only a movie.

    I know it looked bad how things ended up last night, but only scoring 2 messily runs in Coors Field against that pitching was an issue too.

    Yes he had a hot stretch in May, but 11-72 in June with 27K’S. He has hit most of his HR batting leadoff if that makes a difference.
