FWIW....i talked to a friend the other day that talks with a player on the Mariners roster on a weekly basis. he said the entire team cannot wait for Arozarena to leave. apparently, they all hate him. agree on BLowe. i wanted him last winter. -
frankly, i think the reason they don't have a dedicated DH is because Henry is too cheap. he thinks you can rotate "resting" players and back-ups/ bench guys in this position and not have to pay $$$ for a true DH like Papi. and like MVP said, they won't (if ever) sign one until Yoshida's money is off the payroll. no idea why he was signed because he's not a DH, can't run and can't field.

too bad Henry was too cheap to sign Alonso. i like WC's passion but i'd rather have the polar bear. i don't see this team being any better next year. there aren't any impactful FAs to be had and Brezlow has spent all of his trade capital on a whole bunch of nothing. but i'm sure they'll sign another Sandoval, blow smoke up our ass and call it a day.

because Tracy is not a manager and has no feel for the game. he is just a placeholder for a bunch of AI (Anal Itics) nerds who tell him what moves to make and when.
