I do think the timing of the resolution of the new CBA will play a big part in determining outcomes for expiring contracts or non- tenders like Yoshi, Story or Duran . Don't expect any movement or resolutions until CBA is a known entity, also how to resolve remaining contract balances

And send rehabing players to get back up to speed and lastly, send players like KC to see if they were ever real

Durbin ends the entire 2026 season with a swinging strikeout. How appropriate BTW, if I could shoot Spike Lee I probably would

Hope this series quiets some of the cheerleaders on this site who thought these guys were anything but what they have shown in all but about 35 games

Hope you're not tired. it may be a long time until the next RS game

Imagine the #3 team pitching staff giving up 18 runs in 2 games. while the offense effectively shut down simultaneously Too bad it's not 7 or even 9 game series so the Sox could come back
  21. vegasbob
If only they had kept Jovani Moran to shutdown the Yankees the series would have been all ours
  22. vegasbob
Leaving Whitlock out there is another awful lack of judgement.

That's why they should eat it all and pay him off unless they think he is an answer to a need

Kudos to Sogard for the HR and pretty good 2B play this year. I would keep him for the bench next year
  26. vegasbob
    You are naive
  27. vegasbob
I bet Merloni won't take the commentary job next year. Too painful
