    This is the worst offense I can remember this team put on the field in the last say 20 years.

    This offense is putrid and I don’t see it improving any time soon. Probably it is just bad and never will. In the meantime, wonder why the hitting coach still has a job in this team. It’s beyond me.

    The losses are the least of my concerns, what is really worrisome is that most of our key players seem to be very overrated —Anthony, Mayer, Durbin, Narvaez, Duran Add to the equation bums like Story, IKF and Wong. Unfortunately some of us drank the "we are better than last year" kool aid in the offseason.

    🔺SP ERA is 5.27, 3rd worst in baseball. 🔺Scored 68 runs, 22nd in baseball. 🔺Committed 14 errors, 4th most in baseball. 🔺Stolen 6 bases, 2nd least in baseball. 🔺9 ABS challenges won, 2nd least in baseball. This is what happens when you go with a AAA team all the way thinking most of them are going to be Ronald Acuña some day.

    To recap that one: 🔺Sonny got shelled. 🔺Contreras left with a back thing. 🔺Duran flipped off a fan. 🔺Bench player challenged a strike down the middle. 🔺Offense shut out, held to 2 or less for the 6th time in 17 games. 🔺10+ Ks for the 8th time in 17 games. 👍 Jack Anderson!

    At what point are we going to accept we are just not a good team? After say… 50 games and being 6 or 7 games under 500?

    Quietly Narvaez is also regressing badly. He was key last year. Maybe Wong will retake the job.

    Btw when are they going to accept that Story doesn’t have the range at SS anymore? He has to go to second man ASAP.
