Boston's last home game of the season has been moved to St. Petersburg, Florida. Being forced to fly back and forth from Florida before the start of the AL Wild Card Series is an exhausting forced road trip.

Weather has forecasted heavy rains and high winds for the North Eastern US and forced the rescheduling and relocation of Boston's game with the Chicago Cubs. Because the Cubs Wild Card seeding is dependent upon the results of this last game, MLB has decided the game must be played.
