Durbin/Contreras/Gray/Suarez/Bennett have all been amazing additions this year. 

Even the lesser role players have looked good for what they were signed/traded for (middle relief/bench/depth) Guerrero/Moran/Seigler/Monesterio/IKF.

Kind of makes me wonder what Johan Oviedo would have looked like this year if he stayed healthy.

Yup!

Even IKF hit over .700 and gave solid defense before going on the IL, and Cheng did very well on defense.

The one trade not made last deadline (Tolle) might have been as big as some we made last winter.

We are 5-0 in Sandoval starts!

Coulombe did okay for the 8th RP'er, before he was DFA'd. Gamboa (2.08) pitched well.

Not many failed.

Beginning when the Red Sox were down to their last strike in the 9th, a total of 10 runners crossed the plate. There may have been more runs scored in extra innings before, but how about in seven different halves? 

So many ghouls crossed the plate for each side, it looked like a remake of a horror movie;

I can't imagine what the WS manager must've been thinking.  Like, I tried the silver bullet, I tried the stake thru the heart, what now?  A few more innings, and he'd have been waiting for the sunlight to hit us.

Well I take him over Mayer up to this point.....he jammed his finger again. Tape me up and let me play on.........It appears we're fall for him when it's all said and done. He now looks to me like a Red Sox dude.

What is equally shocking is we have players that can actually execute a bunt.  This has been lost in baseball for many many years.  

Durbin does remind me of Peddy. It was impossible to like him for me the first 2 months. I recognized his defense but his at bats were painful.  For 2 months.  Now I love this guy.
