    Do we not have anyone better than Jones and Eaton to play tonight? They both stink and shouldn't be on a ML roster. If you don't care about the game why not just let Monastereo have another shot at throwing the ball to the batter?

    Bregman took quite the shot to his face yesterday. Facial fracture.

    How does Tracy keep trotting out Sandoval every 5 days. The guy stinks.

    As I have pointed out before, Tracy should have Wong catch Gray, not Rutschman. Rutschman simply moves around too much and does not present a target. Rutschman looks like he's a tweeker out there.

    We don't have the same mojo we had in July with all the replacement players (maybe Gaspar the difference). The Yankees will most likely throw Schlittler, Cole, Fried (or Warren or Rodon). Contreras, Abreu, Rafaela all swinging wildly. Durbin cooled. Duran has been bad all year. Story and IKF a shadow of Seigler and 'm on the stereo. Sogard has played where ever needed. The selling of Anthony's power was way off the mark. Not sure how that meshes together in the next two weeks.

    Massey should have been out. Tolle's toe eventually hit the side of the bag first.

    Rutschman's right elbow is hurting him (getting cortisone injections), which may explain his weird lefty stiff swing. It doesn't seem to affect his throwing. He just needs to provide a stable target behind the plate (too much movement).

    The problem I see for Gray is that Rutschman moves around too much behind the plate as compared to Wong. Not sure why Rutschman can't stay still. I wouldn't want my catcher moving around.

    Gray has seemed to favor Wong behind the plate this year. Gonna mess with that?

    Seigler gave us a spark. So good to have him back.

    I just wished the ownership had valued him and Pete Alonzo (these are everyday ballers) as we do not have power on our team.

    Remember that when Bregman got hurt in June of last year, and then came back, he struggled because he was still in recovery (not an easy injury to bounce back from). I think he was still recovering from that injury for the first 2 and half months this year. He seems to have gotten his groove the last two months though.

    Angels are likely to end up with 100 losses for the first time in their 66 year history. I was at the Yankee Angels game last Wednesday and Detmers looked really sharp.

    The Jedixson experiment didn't work. Not doling out for a starter hurts.

    Seattle players probably looking at the Angels and thinking Stan Kroenke will be buying a new team for next year, so more competition.

    With roster expansion expected, which players are going to be brought up? Romy to platoon with Mickey while Willson out? Seigler? Eaton? Or will it be Sogard? Mead is playing catch, but still seems several weeks off.

    Contreras and Abreu are swinging like they are a couple of drunks.

    What's weird is that Abreu sucked hard all night (4 Ks) and essentially came close to grounding into a game ending double play and instead it's a walk off fielders choice (great hussle and slide by White) and it's Abreu who gets mobbed. They should have mobbed Eldridge (who should have stepped on the bag and thrown to short for the tag out).
