That ball was maybe 25-30 feet from home plate.  Durbin had no chance to get to that ball and even if he did, he had no play at home or first.

Major league official scorers are a joke. How in the wide world of sports does Abreu not get an error for failing to catch that little flare to right? That was an error. It was right in his glove.

He hasn’t been good lately but you can’t blame the last inning on him.  Bloop that should have been caught plus a bad throw, a bunt and a ball hit about 30 feet.  One run tops should have scored.
