i'd rather buy a FA this winter than deal part of the future. of those listed, i could part with Mayer. but that's it, unless it was a lesser prospect.

 

I think we all would, but until we see JH spend again, I'm done hoping, wishing or expecting it to happen.

the facts undisputed are that Yorke and Jordan are NOT MLB players. The other fact is that Anthony is still too young and needs more time. Move him to AAA first. The bullpen, meanwhile, is a disaster--including closer Jansen, who was lucky not to get the loss as well as the blown save tonight.
