I am not fond of the idea either, but it just goes back to those with power, money and influence getting access to key resources first. It's a broken system

Blake Snell is a whiny, little baby. Sit out if you don't want to play but don't complain about not making your millions when 36 million Americans are out of work. He is guaranteed 39 more million from TB after this season. He has about 0.1 percent of dying from COVID-19. He has a much better chance of dying from a line drive up the middle than COVID. He comes across as greedy and I will always root against him.

But as long as you are supporting societies (real or ideal) where social services are profit-based, there's little likelihood of your doing any of that.
