Can honestly say I was not expecting the Sox to win the first 3 games of this series outscoring the Yanks 16-5.

But we all circled this on the sked as the weekend the Sox would shank the Spanks with three rookie starting pitchers.

(The Sox actually did have two five game sweeps of the Yankees in 1912.  But 5 game series were very common back then and sweeps did happen)

He was 0-4 with two Ks, and is hitting .198.  Yoshida was 2-3 with a dinger, having a bad year and still hitting around .250.   Yes Duran 'should' be leading off, but in order to do that, he 'should' be hitting a lot better thana he is.
