The reference to Wong first of all is just an accurate statement. Wong's BA and OPS are lower than when the game began. It makes no reference to his defensive capabilities. 

However, the real twist is that earlier back and forth comments between  Fred Lynn and others were focused on Connor's ineptitude with a bat. I was hoping to throw gas on that 🔥 and get a laugh from the ensuing comments.

Rafaela has the potential to be a star. He has improved dramatically from last year. His defense is outstanding in center and he is good in the infield. Sox were smart to lock him up. Anyone who thinks he doesn't belong here does not know baseball.
