Kyle Freeland has to be one of the worst long term starting pitchers in MLB. 

Of the pitchers who have thrown 1,000 IP since he came to MLB:

2nd to last in ERA

dead last in FIP

3rd to last in xFIP

2nd to last k/9

3rd to last BABIP

$74M to be a healthy arm that gets beaten like a rented mule for the Rockies. He's awful at Coors and on the road too.

I may be superstitious or just stitious, but I always avoid praising a pitcher while he's still in the game.

I also always avoid praising a goalie in hockey until the game is over.
