Slaten simply cannot be trusted in close games.  Tracy is oblivious to this.  Now we know why La Sorsa was traded.

You can tell that after 1 pitch?

Now realistically, LaSorsa wasn’t even traded, he was sold, so yeah, he probably does suck big time.  At least he didn’t cost anything but some if Henry’s $.

La Sorsa continues the BP roulette game Cora originated

Another scrap heap plug and play

Sure hope JH stayed to see this garbage

So who would you have used with Whitlock out?  Like it or not, Slaten is the next best guy right now after Chapman.

Past time to realize that Yoshida does not bring anything to the party.

They will, one day, have to DFA him.

Offense is the problem again. Pitching was good enough to win. Sox are so weak at so many positions. Durbin has one homer off of a position player. Sox used to always get 30 HRs a season from the third baseman.

Just learned from the Yankem broadcast that from the 7th thru the 9th the Sox BP has the lowest ERA in the AL.

The Sox offense is an embarrassment and probably will be until this crap season is over.

A stat that gets more impressive when you realize they did it without facing the Sox offense…

LaSordid' s first pitch as a Red Sox goes over the fence. 😂😂😂😂😂  great get, Bresbot.

I mean, the same thing happened to Hideki Okajima.  Hopefully LaSorsa has a similar career for Boston…

You're putting a lot of weight on my favorite and most used Sox word 'hopefully.'

I'd like the name of the Boston area scout who let Cam Schlitter slip through the Sox fingers when he was in their backyard.

You are assuming that the crack Sox pitching lab would have developed him properly..  Huge assumption.

Between Mayer and Durbin the total is 3 Hrs including the position player soft toss.

That is not a winning left side IF

Durbin has proved he can hit position players.

What difference does it make ? Breslow fired all the scouts.
