Worst record in baseball.

They have quite an early hole to climb out of. I guess the only positive for them is that there's still 150+ games to do so. Fangraphs has dropped their odds of winning the division from 24% at the beginning of the season to 11% now, and playoff odds from 61% at the beginning of the season to 42% now.

Can't possibly lose today, Crochet is on the mound for the Sox.

It will be interesting to see how many Sox can catch up to Misery's FB

At this early point of the season they are feeling the presure like it's already POs which is stressful. Probably they won't play loose again moving forward. If they lose again tonight with thier ace on the mound the sky will fall on them.

Story, Mayer, Anthony and Duran all with k rates above 25%.

If all 4 start: Misiorowski 12+ K's.

The only good that can come from this game is if Contreras gets hit in his first AB and the benches clear. This team needs to get fired up. Contreras HATES the Brewers (24 HBP's in his career, went in spikes high vs Hamilton, had comments after the game). Some early game fireworks could be good for this team.

IKF in for Durbin? Definitely taking the OVER on 12 K's.

LOL.

Big game for Crochet, despite it being early April.

Sox bottom of first was enlightening.  Misery was shared by Anthony, Duran and Contreras, all of whom K'ed .

Watching Misiorowski pitch FB strikes reminds me we have nothing quite like that level of hitting ability.

The over 12 K's looks like a good bet now

2 more K's in 2nd but mighty Mayer stroked a groundball out to shortstop, so there is that.

oh boy....looks like we'll get to see Wiessert blow another one today.

An important part of Crochet's game tonight is to pitch enough innings to keep Weisert out of the game.

The Sox are at or near the top in most of the negative stats. Not easy to do.

Pretty impressive BA's.

The defense behind the pitching remains a PoS.

That botch by Story-Mayer was the worst effort at a DP I have seen in about 2 decades

Of course the dynamic duo at SS-2B DO turn a DP showing they are capable of learning from their errors.

An error a game pace so far.? Don't even want to look it up

What could make this a super scary bad season is not expecting Chapman, Crochet, and Bello  repeating last season's numbers.

Be afraid, be very afraid.

Story repeating last season's numbers would be a full-fledged miracle.

What’s hilarious is that Breslow said they’d be focusing on pitching and defense this year….you know, the old “run prevention” fallacy.

Have to change Anthony's first name to Romaine.

Sox need a wild pitch or another walk or a past ball or catcher's interference or hit batsman or an error. Did I leave anything out?

A hit? Never even considered that.
