Do you realize if the Sox do NOT win a Workd Series this year, this team will tie for the third longest title drought in the 122 year franchise history?

 

This drought would be 5 seasons and counting, tying them with the drought from 2008 though 2012. Just 3 more years like this and they’ll tie the drought from 2004 through 2011. And then that just leaves that one singular bigger drought.

3 years ago I was 285 lbs, a fat slob, a cheater, a liar, and a drug user. Today I stand at 180 13% body fat, and never felt better about the person I am inside and out. I want to get down to 10% at least. I've thought about doing a body building contest, but we will see, for now I'm just doing it for myself.

HA! I can sense the sarcasm in this, and I'm guessing we might have some similar views. I have come to learn to let go of people in recent years. It's actually amazing that when you really truly let go and live your life for yourself how people will try to crawl their way back into it. I actually did have an ex hit me up on instagram just the other day talking about how "hot" i am. I keep bodyweight yo-yoing. I was 337 about a month and a half ago, and worked down to 295. I'm doing Intermittent fasting and low-carb but no exercise, because I have a really bad groin strain. Keep at it, my brother.
