Some very sobering JBJ stats:

Boston Sports Info‏ @bostonsportsinf 17m17 minutes ago

JBJ ranks this season among the 870 Red Sox batters that had a minimum of 50 AB's thru the team's first 24 games in team history

BA - .134 - 864th

OBP - .203 - 860th

SLG - .164 - 863rd

OPS - .367 - 866th

Oh but hes the best defensive CF in the game! That's all that matters

shhhhhhh, we dont want someone finding some obscure sabermetric stat that says otherwise.

Jackie Bradley Jr. sucks. Hes always sucked. He will continue to suck. He is tolerable when the lineup around him hits. He is oppressive when they don't.

He can get to balls other guys dont. Big deal. The weight that determines wins or losses is not worth the fact that he cannot hit his weight. He is a black hole in the lineup. Ill take a league average fielder that has the ability to be league average offensively, over the suckage of JBJ.

He probably jumped 100 slots by just going 2 for 5 tonight.

And if that isn't enough, Leon will be added to the deal.

Leon would only get us a litter box full of cat s***.

With all the bitching about JBJ, he's ended up with an OPS higher than .700 the last 4 seasons in a row.

Right now the average MLB center fielder has an OPS of .687.

The trade JBJ gang needs to calm the f*** down. It's gonna be OK.

Some players are underrated while others are overrated and this is the case for JBJ other than in the eye of Red Sox Nation this guy is way overrated he's nothing more than a Coco Crisp or Kevin Pillar type player.

If you cloned JBJ and he played every position, your team would be lucky to sniff 50 wins in the season and that's being generous

10 wins. I don't think he'd be a good pitcher.

What’s wrong with Crisp and Pillar?

When JBJ goes on a hot streak everyone will STFU like they do every year.

No, the STFU because it's boring to talk about the same guy over and over and over. His hot streaks are basically just average play from anyone else. I'm not sure the hot streaks are worth the lengthy cold streaks. His glove is great. His bat stinks. His contract should be small. If the Sox want to keep him long term, he'll be here and it won't have an impact on the budget.

Just LOL. No one thinks he'll actually be traded because he wouldn't bring back a starting caliber player. He is what he is. Just need to live with it.

Some people on here are just buzzarding; waiting for a hot streak from JBJ to say "I told you so" no matter how late in the season it comes.

Ok how about “he might be better than Colten Brewer has been”?

I'd say 4 out of the 12 cloned JBJ's pitching for the closed Sox might be better than 2019 Colten Brewer.

Bellhorn and I don’t agree on a lot of things but he’s 100 percent correct here.😊

Like I said, he always end up over .700.

And last year he was excellent the whole second half of the season and the postseason.
