Schwarber is a legitimate TTO player. Lately  Duran is looking like a legitimate AAAA player…

Tolle finishes up very strong. Great quality start outing.

Red Sox making a move on leaving the ALE cellar

Not a 10 game streak yet, but definitely making a move.

Tolle's BA against thru the 3rd time thru the line-up is a remarkable .172.

How can we put Slaten in the game?  He's a disaster.

That didn’t age well.

He’s been really good for 2 outs; getting the 3rd one’s been an issue.  He only needed to get 2 outs tonight.

good job Slaten. s***** job Columbo.

Not like he was hit hard.  Walk was bad.  First hit was softly hit and on a pitch 4-5 inches outside.  2nd hit couldn’t have been rolled to a better spot and must have had an exit velocity of 20-30 mph.

But he did fail to cover first base twice…

Exactly what purpose does it serve running Duran out there game after game?  He's been consistently below the Mendoza line, despite all the quirks of his set-up and on again off again exagerated leg kick,  Nothing about his approach suggests he will improve this year.  Sit him and hope for better things in the future.

Happened to watch the great Western, The Good, The Bad And The Ugly the other day for about the 10th time in my life. Recently discovered it was picked the #1 perfect Western of all time.

"Don't keep talking, just shoot." Good advice from Tuco.

Sit him for who?

He did double tonight and. scored the 4th run. He had another pretty well hit ball to left (needs to do that at home more).

The guy still has a .370 OBP in Worcester.  Sox need that stop their lineup…

And that is why challenge stats are crap.  Too many “use it or lose” challenges late in games…

I see Teel with an ear buds, not sure if it's from the bench calling pitches, but I'm wondering if  the replay crew watching on a monitor could be telling (very quickly) which pitches to challenge.

Or is Teel listening to Taylor Swift music

He's probably listening to Swift music. Most pro athletes have crap taste in music.

I have watched Casablanca about 20 times. My all-time favorite film.
