Narvaez instead of attacking the zone he was protecting it and got a SO.

Eaton OTOH attacked it and got a hit.

Again, take, take, take and sit on his FB!!!

Narvaez K’s but he did see 8 pitches; that can pay dividends later.

Next year I’m sure Henry will open his purse and spend all of the $$ he is saving on Devers’ contract…….right?

At least buy some stronger protein shakes for the boys.

Yanks aren't barreling much more than Sox, but every one of their hitters is a threat to hit a pop-up to the RF porch. This is what I meant that just watching one game in the Bronx is such a grind.

And now it's a tie with one club desperately trying not to get eliminated.

Rodon is not going to be gone any time soon. so need a 1 swing run creator

Big article in WSJ today on how playoff winners through the WS are home run hitters. Nothing like that in our lineup

yeah, but he hit to 2 ball 4s.

Thats a problem almost the entire team has. At least he worked the AB. If we can work the pitch count and get into the pen we have a better chance to win

Duran is our best bet -- on a gapper that two outfielders both dive for and crack heads, while it rolls all the way to the wall and Jarren circles the bags.

I'm serious.

Red Sox could have the least-feared clean-up men in the history of any team that actually won enough to make the playoffs.

This is true, but what's more true is no team ever entered the PO's with a weaker starting staff than the Sox.

How the hell are the Sox gonna deal with a best of 5 with only one good starter?

Come on, the Sox must have driven Rodon's pitch count up to three times as high as Bello's by now.
