What happened to Fitts ?

My guess is they’d rather use Dobbins because his start doesn’t mess up the rotation.

Campbell pitching on the proverbial thin ice.     Cora will have the bullpen on the edge of their bench if Sean allows a baserunner in the 3rd.

You may well be correct, but I think Fitts may be the better pitcher .  The object remains to win the game you are playing , not to alter a future that doesn't exist yet.   I don't see skipping Fitts a turn to be productive.

Mike Monaco called this one. Raffyding dong.

What a miraculous recovery Raffy has had in less than a week after having double shoulder surgery.  OH wait he wasn’t hurt at all just some messed up mechanics. Great diagnosis.

I'd be happier if it was Casas, but the Sox are short on 1st basemen.

Not getting a frontline starter for Casas.

All I’ve seen recently was a story on the Atlantic.  It was a proposal, no actual rumors.

although trading an outfielder over Casas makes sense.  Sox will need room for Anthony sooner rather than later

I miss the old days when the televised games were all about the game.

Agreed.  The NESN broadcast is all about the charitable works of the RS Foundation.   Good for them.  Werner and Henry alone could fund it for years.

Made me turn the sound off and watch the actual game.

Who is more likely to sign a team-friendly extension and be worth it for the next half decade: Abreu, 25, or Duran, 28?
