It has it's pros and cons.

 

The only thing I dont' like about the lack of moderation in here is not the mudslinging or ramblings, but threads become unorganized. Almost everything gets lumped together into 3-4 threads at a time.

 

It would be nice to talk about specific things in specific threads.

 

Every thread inevitably turns into a few people bashing each other and a few manifestos written about the overall state of the organization.

 

Imagine if there was someone here, who didn't tell people not to post or take stuff down but just moved posts to appropriate threads and kept conversations on topic.

Sure you are you love being victim just as much as you love your mini novellas that contain endless statistical trivia. All your posts should start : "first the earth cooled and then there were dinosaurs". As for folks leaving this site, I do not post that often anymore, only now and then. In your case only after you have dropped another 5000 posts to add to your record shattering total.

it IS getting personal alright. I got banned on another site for about 1/10th of what I am seeing in this thread. My "fault" on the other site was simply stating how the goal from John Henry was to lower the payroll as well as the point that I still share on here that the pitching is horrible and that we have no real pitching talent on the farm CLOSE to MLB ready. Most of the other posters on that board slammed me for my position but I wonder what they are thinking today because I have been proven to be right. I did not even think our payroll would sit where it sits today. One poster in particular was argumentative of everything i posted but I never called him out close to what has been done in this thread yet I was banned.
