No, I don't think that, and I have no idea how you got that out of my post. I think the comparison of the Tortoise to Bloom is an apt one. Whether he wins or not, we will see.

Being the fastest should insure winning a race, unless you are foolhardy.

 

Being slower usually leads to losing in a race about time, but if you don't give up and keep doing your best, maybe you can win.

The Semien signing looked really bad early on last season. We'll see how that one goes. If Story sticks at 2b, his defense should at least give him good value to offset his k rate. If he stays healthy, he should be fine.
