Looks pretty close.

Duran's stock has been soaring, though.

Fabian has a pretty high ceiling.

Fabian has a high ceiling, but a Dalbec floor.

I didn't listen to their draft night podcast, but I assume they'd put Mayer 2nd. I could see him going anywhere between 1 - 3.

LOL, wait till Dalbec starts hitting .800.

Interesting that you have both this year's 3rd rounder and 4th rounder higher than last year's 3rd rounder (a pick lots of people were flabbergasted that he fell that far).

I always hate the ceiling/floor convo because realistically his floor could be never reaches the majors.

But with some reasonable projection I think one could say Fabians floor is high than Dalbec. Dalbec has power and that’s it, Fabian has speed and plus defense at a premium position. He has other ways he can impact the game.

In my opinion you’re too high on everyone on that list but the first two picks.

Which, to be fair are the two important ones and there, I think you might be dead on the money.

Why drop Ward to 27, but leave Mata at 10?

Mata has NEVER pitched a full season. I believe this is Ward's first injury.

@SoxProspects

Tyler Dearden belted his tenth home run of the season in Greenville's 6-0 victory last night. The 23-year-old outfielder is slashing .285/.419/.557 with 39 RBI over 198 plate appearances.

I'm not sure this guy is a sleeper anymore.

In AAA?

He’s at .745 after his first 350 PAs in MLB and .830 over his last 80.

Are you saying .800 is near impossible?

It’s guess work but we did pick higher this year.

Ward has not impressed when pitching, but I agree on adjusting those two

If Bobby doesn't improve his K/BB fairly soon, he's deep in Middlebrooks territory.

No doubt.

I'm not projecting .800 going forward, but I still think it's possible.

My optimism is not growing.

I was very high on Bobby entering the season. I still have faith on him but my patience is not limitless lol

Wonder whether they are going to call Cordero again.

Not at this point. Rosters don't expand again. He gets called up if there's an injury or if Duran struggles. Don't see where he'd get AB's and that's what he needs this year.

If Marwin goes on the IL, Cordero could replace Chavis.

I'd keep Chavis in lieu of Cordero. Chavis you can stash on the bench and can play LF/1B/2B/3B. Cordero needs the AB's and he plays LF/1B (kinda).
