Kinsler is forgiven by me.

it would have only been forever hate if we lost the series.

And that wasn't happening.

The Dodgers never had a change.

I almost feel bad for Dave Roberts, he looked totally over-matched, going up against Cora.

You are something my friend!!!

Can you forgive DD for the pomeranz trade yet? (just kidding - I couldn't help myself)

This has been a great year for all of us. I bet we all have lost a loved one that we would have liked to have shared this team with. My grandfather and my mom would have watched every game! Win or lose, the Red Sox are a special team to love.

Roberts never had a chance. He didn't have the players to compete with the Red Sox.

I have a tradition to uphold. Don't rain on my parade!

:P

We won't try to steal your thunder. Every Sox fan is happy to just celebrate. After you kick things off, there will likely be a lot of opinions of how to best go forward. Part of being a fan.

Yup. He had a LHB lineup going against LHP the majority of the time. Position by position, the Sox were far better than the Dodgers. The bullpen was supposed to be the Sox's downfall. It was their biggest strength. Dodgers had no chance.

Has any manager used starters as often out of the pen as Cora did in 2019 playoff run?

No way. I'm going to compile the total stats for those appearances...and of course I already know they're going to be pretty sweet.

if you havent noticed...i am the one guy that can come on here and eat my crow / admit when i was wrong.

i love that Price proved me wrong. Pom never did but i absolutely respect DD for getting us a parade. i bitched he didnt get us a RP at this years deadline...but he did FAR more by getting us Pearce and Evo. thank you DD.

to be fair you may have to omit the extra innings?

I'm not sure about appearances, but IP we probably have the record:

Game 1: 1 Eovaldi, 0.1 ERod

Game 2: 1 Eovaldi

Game 3: 6 Eovaldi, 1 Price, 0.1 ERod

Game 4: None

Game 5: 1 Sale

I have noticed this about you Slasher! I like that. I make at least one mistake everyday so personally I'm kind of used to admitting that I'm wrong much of the time.

Now about that crow - How do you prefer yours? fried, baked, broiled, or just raw. The reason I have to date never eaten one is that the crows were always smarter then I was when I used to hunt. It has been a fun posting year for me and I am just about ready to take a little break!

The outcome was never on doubt, except for the 20 or so pitched that Kimbrel would throw each game, and even then he was just raising our heart rates. It was a big tease. He almost always gets the job done one way or another.

Like Elvis' favorite food: a deep fried peanut butter and banana sandwich.

Which he would lightly season with a quart of mayonnaise and wash down with a gallon and a half of beef jerky milkshake...

You crack me up!

Reminds me of a trip we took to Dolores Hidalgo in Mexico. The town is known for its many flavored homemade icecream.

They have some wild ones, like...

Pork rind iceream (Chichahrron)

Bacon

Mole'

My favorite was pine nut ice cream. The cucumber was good, too.
