Is Shlittler that good?

Yes.  He will be the AL Cy Young winner this year and is in the discussion as the best pitcher in baseball right now.

He also absolutely owns the Red Sox.  In 6 games, he’s 4-1 with an ERA of about 0.50 (covers about 38 innings).  The one game he lost, he walked 5 Sox and the Yankees committed 4 errors behind him.

It's difficult to play small ball when for the most part a Sox batter is getting on base with 2 outs.

If Sonny can throw 6 shutout innings, the game will most likely be tied thru 6.

Like I said earlier, the worst thing just happened to Yankees...they won easily v. a  team that flips a switch at the absolute bleakest hours/times...If the 2026 Sox are the 2026 Sox, they will somehow shock the world and tie the series...Predictable? Of Course not, but certainly it's what this oddball team has done.

Roman Anthony is gonna be a massive bust if his body can’t withstand his massive swing speed.  So depressed.

That and the fact that he can't hit, can't throw and can't field.  We just can't have nice things, every hot prospect has flamed out.

"You see, he threw a 4 seamer and we couldn't hit it. He threw a splitter and we couldn't that either. The curveball was right out."

Nice Holy Grail reference.
