Like I said speculations run rampant on here, and now all the long faces, and pouting, and shouting (sham, sham, sham). Call it what you want, but it is quite amusing to watch, and listen to.🤭

This spoke the master pouter and shouter.

Next up. Are we complaining about not signing EROD or LUGO?

Make it EROD and GRAY and the answer from me is YES, I'M COMPLAINING.

How about for the new year try being more realistic. You know instead of predicting 87 wins last year maybe just getting to 500 would be an easier goal, and then doing the wildcard standings update everyday, and then just stopping all at once, and bailing on the team you might last longer. Being down, and shouting sham, sham, sham doesn’t do any good at all. Remember the key word is being REALISTIC.🤓

Agreed, and you shouted and pouted through it all.

When you’re right about Bloom as I was from the second he got hired I had every right to shout, and pout.

I never bailed on watching and rooting for the Sox, like you did when we were on pace for 87 wins.

So you pout for 4 years then slam others for pouting now.

It’s easy to never be wrong when you never are specific

I’m nowhere near a super fan like you claim to be, and baseball is not my favorite sport. I didn’t bail on the Red Sox, because as you say they were on a 87 win pace, because I NEVER thought the Red Sox would win 87 games, so that would be hard to do for that reason. Remember when I told you to be careful what you wished for when you said you wanted to play the Jays, and Yankees again later in the season, because you thought they would be easy pickings again like they were earlier in the season. How did that work out? Like I said the key word is realistic.

If you were realistic there hasn’t been anything to pout about, or shout sham, sham, sham about. March 28 hasn’t come yet, and right now that’s the date that matters.

More lies.

I found it telling that you chose the exact time the Sox looked at their best to stop watching.

Spin that as you wish but we can see it is what it is.

We? I can see too. Football, and NASCAR took over. Just like I said early in the season that the Red Sox were on the back burner, because they C’s, and AB’s were in the postseason. I also said at the time I stopped watching was, because of a watered down product. Openers after openers was just to exciting for me, so I never saw anything close to an 87 win season like you did. How was right, and who was wrong, and wrong again?

You’ve changed your excuse. Nice!

Coming from a Bloom guy the laugh turned up on you. I shouted from the time Bloom was hired until the day he was fired. That’s very well established from anyone in hearing distance. Very well established.

I never claimed I was right. In fact, I admit I am wrong when I am, unlike you.

I was way wrong on 2023.

Again, it’s easy to never be wrong when you never take a specific position. I’m not sure what this has to do with the point I made but deflection is your expertise.

But we must wait until

March to pout.

You don’t even recognise your hypocrisy.

I always said I stopped because of a watered down product. You’re the one who used the wrong winning theory. Bail, bail, bail your boat, and sham, sham, sham, and you had the Gaul to claim you wasn’t a Bloom Man.

You just don’t get if you had just one realistic thought, or expectation of JH you wouldn’t be all whiny, and crying. You can pout all you want, but it doesn’t change JH, or Slow Mo expectations to match any of yours. I would think after a while of all the times you’ve gotten things wrong with your predictions, expectations, or speculations, or whatever you want to call them you would learn something along the way, but nope you just keep getting things wrong, and are unhappy, because of it. Sham, sham, sham.

From a very early age I lived and died with the Red Sox. I suffered, along with all other Sox fans, through gut wrenching WS losses in 1967, 1975 and 1986, along with excruciating losses in 1978 and 2003. Those were all tempered by WS wins in 2004, 2007, 2013 and 2018. From the time free agency began the Sox always brought excitement to me and Sox fans with big off season moves. The team was always interesting. Now to present day. I am not excited by the Red Sox at all. its hard to watch a whole game. The team, since 2020 has pretty much become unwatchable. The teams have been poorly constructed. Terrible defense. No pitching. It seems as if ownership is content to have a mediocre, at best, product. They are going to see a lot of empty seats next season. Sox fans aren't stupid. They can see a lack of effort by ownership in putting out a winning team while they watch the Dodgers and other teams go for each year. Its sad to see such a great franchise sink to the level of the bottom feeding teams.

I agree, but I’ll believe it when I see it that fans stop going to Fenway in huge numbers even after high ticket prices that go up every year that don’t match the product on the field.

Once again your speculation is wrong again. Your theory to match your narrative works for you, but I’ve got plenty of witnesses to prove you wrong.

Agree 100%. Part of the problem is free-agency, of course, but no one wants that changed (except owners). It's hardly riveting for old farts like us to watch a team show up each year made up of a different selection of journeymen, as if players were simply pieces in a fantasy league. Th RS are not going to the WS or inspire fan interest because suddenly they pick up McGuire, or Tommy Pham, or Korey Kluber, or even Jensen, or whoever they get this year who will be completely forgotten in two years.

A few teams have passed us in spending, and we spent the money on mostly the wrong guys.

It is hard to watch poor pitching and defense, but there were somethings that were entertaining to me.

The pen looked good.

Watching Casas mature before our eyes was fun.

I still like watching Devers hit, but there seems to be more bad than good.

I do think our extended future looks better, but going 5 years with only one decent playoff run is not much fun.

We’ve sucked in the past. To me, more than this, but it’s the lies and the sham that upsets me the most. Being honest would have helped.

If they truly believes what they were saying, it’s even worse, though. It exposes their incompetence

On your “Big corner,” I’m sure.

Not sure what theory to match your narrative means but I know better than to ask for clarification.

While you keep calling foul, or sham in your case what did you want the Red Sox to have done up to this point that they haven’t done?
