Might as well light a fire here, but :

1. I don't see the '22 Sox as a team that can win in the playoffs, if they make it.

2. The Sox may actually benefit in 2023 from getting some compensation for Nate, JDM, Bogey and Vaz now, starting a remake of this team.

3. Offer Chris Sale , picking up 50% of his salary to get a younger starter.

These guys won it all in 2018 but it is now 4 seasons later and they are less productive on the back half of their careers

I would keep VAZ. Good hitting catchers are a rare commodity.

So much of this train wreck needs to be dismantled.

Watching that AB you know he doesn’t give a f*** of this team anymore.

His cycle here has been completed. Time to move on.

Well, there goes the game.

Blow this s***** team out and rebuild it already.

So you want this s***** team blown up and rebuilt by the guy who is primarily responsible for making it a s***** team?

This!

Time to move on and see new horizons.

I personally am a Vaz fan, enjoying watching a medium talent guy succeed, while the All-Stars around him flounder. But Moon told me I couldn't keep him .

Prospects! That's what this team needs! Guys who may develop, in time, to be the next Franchy, Dalbec, or Chavez.

I don’t think Bloom built most of this train wreck. I would give him a chance to tear it down and hope to compete again in 3-4 years.

I think Bloom has made a terrific job all in all considering the budget and what he inherited. He will likely have a lot of flexibility and money once the books are resetead. From there, he can be judged with a lot of scrutiny and I’ll be in the front row, you betcha.

Julio David solidifies his future with back spasms while enjoying a coast to coast private jet ride. What no masseuse or chiropractor assigned to the ride ?

Personally, I’d keep Vaz; he’s one of the few guys on this team who actually looks like he give a damn. He at least puts competitive ABs together.

Hopefully they are sitting him because a trade involving him is imminent.

That’s how I feel. Assuming the budget stays the same or grows, this winter will be his make or break moment.

No excuses, despite still having some deadwood. All our GMs had some.

Good for Vaz and Kevin P. to work over Gausman. I'm JBJ will follow with a 3 run jack

I would be happy if he makes only one out.

JBK strikes out on what should have been ball 4.

The pitching strategy vs the Sox becomes obvious---throw no strikes because Boston will chase out of the zone
