I don’t know for sure if POP PEE took any enhancements, and NONE of you know for sure that he didn’t, but my opinion is he did, and thats what I’m sticking too. And really what many are omitting is MLB was testing for performance-enhancing drugs, but the testing also included checks for substances that were not banned by MLB. Even if Ortiz actually did test positive, it’s very possible that what he tested positive for was perfectly legal.
