Correct, it was 5.40 after his first start and is now 3.60 since 2 of the runs in his last start were unearned.

Dempster's career against the Rays is 3-4 with a 4.24 ERA but an even 9 K/9.

The Rays lineup is so bad that Dice-K could dominate them. I think Dempster has a solid one today, I'm saying 7 IP with 2 ER.

Talksox does have a lot of members (and a high fighting/members ratio), but in my opinion the problem is that the members come (and go) in waves. Every year there are new groups of posters that come in, from the original (OG) mods like Yeszir and YOTN (and others like a700, vasoxfan, example etc), to people like GOM, Yankshater, Crespo, JE, Dipre, to then me, Spud, Suns, and Emmz, to RSFFL, bosoxfan (and a bunch of numbers) to now porcupinepenis, Iortiz, pumpsiegreen etc.

 

I may not be precise since I'm too lazy to look at their join dates, but there is very much a wave posting feature, which makes sense since the game is seasonal and demand plummets in the offseason.

Yeah, a lot of members but not so many active. It's cool though. This is still a fun place to check in during the season. I have to say, the fighting is a turnoff sometimes.

 

If you guys check out overthemonster.com its a cool place. PatsPulpit for those Patriots fans out there. The forum is active all year which is great for people way too obsessed with the NFL.
