  1. I figured he'd be at a Captain Crunch rehab facility before an alcohol one, but either way I wish him well and a full recovery. There are things bigger than baseball.
  2. Only months? It feels like much longer since I last posted. Oh well, in terms of smh material I've posted way worse in my years. I could have just as easily posted stuff regarding my Taylor Swift (T-Swizzle) infatuation. Haters gon' hate. I'm probably going to blink and it'd be another few months since I last logged in or posted. The real world does that to you. Hope y'all are well.
  3. I logged in because I've been intendin to point out that Benintendi is the one that Ben intended to pick. #barsoverjokes #thuglife
  4. LeBron opts out of his heat contract. Yeah I don't plan on watching ESPN for a while. Next thing you know he'll try to upstage Christmas.
  5. I'm just going to save these to my computer for later.......
  6. It's like watching women's basketball. At least other than Uconn.
  7. That was the first ever 0-0 game that was not boring as all hell.
  8. If he scores a goal will he eventually become "Chicarande?" Is that how Spanish works?
  9. It also helped that a lot of the Spurs players are international players that are used to playing without air conditioning.
  10. I hate LeBron, and I hate the Heat, but LeBron was probably the only thing not wrong with the Heat in these Finals. LeBron is the only reason they didn't get their asses swept losing each game by 30. The Heat had a decent chance to win game 1 if LeBron didn't cramp up. I guess LeBron was the only one unable to handle the Heat. (See what I did there?)
  11. It's always good to see the Spurs win the title, even better to beat the Heat, and even better to embarrass the s*** out of them in the process. The Spurs have a deep team and even with Duncan and Ginobili in their late 30's, I believe they have an average age younger than that of the Heat. The Spurs have some young pieces (plus more international talent down the pipelines) and the coaching to put something together even in the inevitable retirement of Duncan and Ginobili. (In the near future) But yeah, f*** Miami and 99% of their fans.
  12. It will either be the greatest NBA finals of all time, or tied for the worst NBA finals of all time, with no in between. (imo of course)
  13. Stockton ($2), Kobe ($4), Durant ($2), Dirk ($2), Abdul-Jabbar ($5)
  14. There have been many before him, just none that were out to the public (media) during their careers. And this has been just as big in the news as any Tebow story years ago imo.
  15. I'm mixed but overall pleased with the Jags selections. I thought Bortles was a reach at 3, and I'd have rather traded back the pick to get a defensive player and a QB towards the end of the first round or early second (I was thinking Bridgewater) however I love Marqise Lee in the 2nd round. I'm not sure if I would have taken another WR at the end of the second round (or if the trade with SF was necessary) but I do like the guy they picked. I'd probably have gone with one of the defensive guys that was falling in the draft. Overall I'm ok with it as the Jags are going to be a bad team for a long time anyway. I've shown more support for the Pats over the years as at least a team I like has a chance of winning.
