Toro didn't move the runner by hitting to the right side and then he compounds his mistake by getting thrown out at second. Sox relying on guys who shouldn't be starting on a good team.

I’m not really 100% sure how rulings work with blocking the bag. It’s one of those things that’s never called unless it’s at home plate.

Note to Mr. Fundamentalist.  By far the two most important fundamentals in MLB are hitting and pitching.

Easiest way to stop that is go in spikes first.  It:

a) emphasizes the blocking and

b) fielder is unlikely to do it again

Good job by Duran bunting there against a lefty. Based on the dugouts reaction I don’t think it was the coaches call and Duran did it on his own. Good unselfish smart baseball play. Hopefully they can score at least one
