I do not blame Cora for the lack of talent ( ex: Newcomb) and he actually needs to manage pitching for 2 games today.

If Breslow had an off ramp from this mess of underperforming starters, I'm sure he would do it.   These are the issues to cure in the off season or by MiLB development programs maturing.

they put Yoshida on the 60 day IL, to open a roster slot for the  1Bman from the Angels ( NODA?) .   But he will stay in Worcester because he cannot hit worth a damn

The Sox could put Story on the IL similar to Houck. In these cases IL means Ineffective List.
