Good call by Cora. Sitting down Duran, Verdugo and Casas.

Why does Verdugo need a day off when he has 4 day vacation coming up?

Cora is over rated.

It's not lefties stopping Duran. It's Cora.

3 innings, 0 hits. How's that 7 right handed bats working out?

Where's Moon? Still looking at Duran's CAREER NUMBERS?

Too bad you can't watch the game. If you did, you would see that Sears is pitching a whale of a game, just like 5 days ago when he went 7.1 scoreless innings.

I would rather have Turner at 1b than Casas against a lefty. Same goes for Duvall in RF vs. Dugo. As for Duran, I wouldn't object to him being in CF even though Kike is better defensively. As everyone keeps clamoring, Duran is pretty hot right now.

Watching both Devers and Kike at this point in the season, I don't know what amazes me more; Devers' 69 RBI or Kike's 31 RBI?

True. The delta in homers accounts for a lot of it.

He is utterly incapable of giving credit for anything any player on another team does. In his mind, every player on a bad team stinks.

I have no idea what he would have thought about Steve Carlton on the 72 Phillies.

Note - I am tdllong about the poster you are replying to.

Well, it's pretty obvious Sears was throwing good stuff. I do think the righty hitters were able to see his pitches better than lefties would--thus the 3 BB's.

Oh, my. That worthless piece of crap, the guy I love to beat up on, just hit a very much needed dinger. Well done, Duvall. And that answers the question of who should have played RF today.

Now a brilliantly placed single by the masterful Yoshida! Just magic with that bat.

One of the rare benefits of hitting lots of pop-ups is that the defense sometimes flubs them. Got to get Yoshi around

Well, I'm convinced. Cora is clueless. First he started a righty bat CF vs. a lefty pitcher. Now he's sending in a lefty bat CF against a righty pitcher.

Where does he get these stupid ideas from?

Duran with a tough AB but no hit.

I'm sure that when he sees AC in the clubhouse that Duran loudly plays Fogarty's "Centerfield" ( "Put me in coach, I'm ready to play...centerfield")

Notin, still looking for a Blackburn deal? He may be a bit weakened from his illness.

Kudos to Arroyo for a key 2 out hit tying the game. The Sox are a late inning scoring team

No question he is seeing the ball well and swinging the bat well.

Just a brief appearance by me: I wish they had benched Duvall for Duran, today.

I know: hit and run is against the law, but I'm outta here.

Arroyo comes thru big-big time. Righty vs righty, too.

Until Arroyo gets hurt again he should be the everyday 2B period, and none of this Kike crap no matter how much Kike pouts on the bench.

Not looking for - predicting a Blackburn deal. The weatherman isn’t “looking for” rain…

Rooker is a good ballplayer. Rooker and Sears are the diamonds in the rough.

Although he is injured now, Laureano is a good player. And I like what Noda brings…

But do you know which way the wind blows or for whom the bell tolls ?

Don't loaf chasing balls hit by Duran. Wade for Oakland gets pantsed

Anyone catch the video of the Reds’ Elly De La Cruz stealing 2nd, 3rd and home on 2 pitches yesterday?

Saw that sequence and it was a great series of plays by De La Cruz
