You keep picking on people who said 4 years. At least they can count past two.

Now do I go find the post where you tried to establish medical credentials for Jeff Bagwell and Craig Biggio?

Wow! 1-2-4 is now counting? That’s setting the bar low. Bags, and Bigg I’m sure have more knowledge, and credentials than you, and the bottom line they turned out to be RIGHT.

Also in case you failed to notice yesterday when Gallo was batting, the non-shift rule is already a failure…

You liked the JBJ, trade, and you pined for Gallo. Wow!

Why, because he know Paxton would pull a hamstring?

Disappointing stuff, harm.

James Paxton may have exercised his modest player option knowing his overall health better than anyone (except perhaps his physician).

The hamstring is but a minor issue.

But thank you for the feedback.

Phillip Farge : " Hello , Mr. Notin . I'm new in town. I hear Chicago is the Windy City. " Notin: " What are you talking about Farge ? I was just down by the lake. Just a nice breeze. Why, Boston is actually windier than Chicago. Chicago is not even the the top ten in terms of average wind velocity. Why don't you learn some Meteorology before you start criticizing Chicago ? " Phillip Farge ( shaking his head ) : " Okay , Notin , maybe I'll see you around sometime. "

Well, at least you’re one of the nice posters who never engages in anything so immature and personal. I read it on here. From you no less…

Point?

I understand defense and don’t think every player who has a bad season is washed up. Not really sure what the dig is.

And Gallo is an elite defensive RF, probably the second best one in MLB, and certainly is in that argument.

I mean, I suppose I’d be down on either move if I put my faith solely in batting average, which is the most useless offensive stat…

You are blaming others for something you have, and do partake in? Wow!

You have your way of analyzing things, and like players who can’t hit their weight, and I have mine, which you, and others don’t like. I have never said I put my opinion solely on BA. That is wrong, and the BA thing is over exaggerated. Anything to do with metrics i don’t need, and there is nothing wrong with that just like there is nothing wrong for the ones that do.

The difference is I openly admit I partake in said behavior. Not surprised you missed the point . (See!! Right there! That was me doing it again and here I am acknowledging it!)

We can clearly see who can't avoid going personal.

I'll leave it at that.

You are the leader, and we’ll leave it at that.

Why do it at all?

So then did you have a point to begin with?

He called my listing of Houcks ERs allowed bad streaks, "metrics," so be mindful that words have different meanings for some.

Once again you analyzed wrong. I didn’t say they were metrics. I said I didn’t need metrics. Mr wrong again, and 1-2 4.

Do you even know what a metric is? It’s just a system of measurement…

Why does it bother you, and others that I don’t need, care, or want stats that you do?

So you fail to see the hypocrisy here? Not real shocked..

You fail to see the hypocrisy on why you do it , and did to start with. Not real shocked after 1-2-4. Do you think Turner will be on the bench?

I think any part of his body was fair game. Paxton not coming north to start the season was pretty predictable.

Red Sox injury update from the chief medical officer, Dr. Vinnie Boombatz : Paxton : He will be out for a while with a grade one hamstring strain. For those of you not in the medical profession , we have grades for hamstring strains. Grade one is not as bad as grade two. Grade two is not as bad as grade 3 and so forth. Paxton should be okay as long as he doesn't hurt himself again. Whitlock: We are being careful with him. You will probably be hearing that a lot. Bello: He just has pain in the forearm of his pitching arm. Certainly nothing to be worried about here. Wong: I am still trying to figure out who he is. Will get back to you on him. That's the update for today.

No! The stupid game was thinking Song hadn’t pitched in 4 years, and I believe another poster said as much. That’s a fact.
