No, because reports are that his velocity is still down. If he can't regain his changeup from 2019-20, he's not the same pitcher. He may succeed in AAA throwing that way, but it's not an indicator of success in MLB.

Ceddanne Rafaela went 1-for-4 with a home run (6) and two RBI (13) in yesterday's 9-4 Greenville Drive loss. The 21-year-old utility man is slashing .380/.415/.840 over 53 PA to start the 2022 season.
