If Eovaldi goes another inning, it’s not like he will be tired for POs. He was pitching very well. Also, he likely will be part of the pen.

Not satisfied with 103-47. There are some here that wouldn’t be happy with 162-0. There are some who seem to thing they should win every inning of every game.

 

I would be satisfied if this team hadn’t flame out the last two seasons. They have done a lot of winning. This group has been special but you still have in the back of your mind the postseason failures.

I don’t know but he would have faced the bottom of their line up. I would have given him the inning until he gives a BB/hit.

It was on Workman tonight. Giving up 2 walks is not what a reliever needs to do in a 1 run game. Brasier came in a put himself in a tough position by going 3 and 2. When he had to come in the batter had the advantage.

Either Cora lied by saying Betts was ready to play or Cora is a moron. Either choice is believable.
