Well, at least it was good to see too-many-Cuban-sandwich-eating Fieldin Culbreth get beat up by a couple of foul balls.

Are we leading the league in hitting into DPs?

#1 in the AL.

Also among the tops in bad defense, extra outs handed out, worse base running. what a load of s***.

Normally I would continue to say it's still early. Let's see where this team is at the end of May.

But jeepers this team is a bag of suck now.

WAY TOO MANY stupid plays and offensive failure.

Unless the O's completely tank soon the Sox will be 10 games out by June 1st.

This is not acceptable for a $190. mil team.

I'll continue to watch for the entire season one way or another because this is my hobby. But I will up the bitch factor very soon if they don't play better. A lot better.

Farrell has to go before it is too late.

Awful game, what I heard of it. But in all seriousness, is the manager to blame for a DP? What's he supposed to do? ("Hey, guy, remember: don't hit a ground ball. Or a line drive to an infielder." "OK, Skip. Thanks for the tip.")

The issue with Farrell isn't hitting into DP's. It's the fact that the team is underperforming expectations and seems very sloppy and unfocused at times.

Farrell is a manger not a leader right. This team in general has been overrated particularly from an offensive standpoint.

Saw this gem

Unless this infield get unf***ed, the team is going to be bad.

Fascinating. Thanks. Last night I was certain that Milwaukee has a much better infield than the Sox. The handled three GIDP's flawlessly. We should have had two, but Pedroia was, I think, slow on the other and the batter beat the throw (by Bogaerts) to 1B.

Nevertheless, the Brewers are right up there on the s*** list not far below the Sox. We have 56 misplays, they have 52. So I'm not so sure about the validity of that chart.

However, I am pretty sure that our infield defense, including catcher, is not very good. Too many errors. Not much range.
