I'll try my best to stay awake for this one. Last night was a really hard one to stay awake for. I kept dozing off.

For once it is paying off to live in CA. It took me quite a while to adjust from the typical 7:10pm time to now watching the Sox @ 4:10pm

 

But now with these games @ Seattle, it's like living in Boston all over again! Except the heat is dry.

I love being able to watch early baseball all season. Except, Mesa is nothing like living in RI.

I really like these late games, because I usually work at night. I worked 7-3 today, I have a baseball game tonight at 7 and then I get to come home in time to watch the game at 10.

I have tonight off! I think I'll put a TV on the back patio and watch the game there tonight. If it cools down I'll put a fire on and cook my dinner and smores also.

The Mariners lineup is horrific.

 

Red Sox offense should bounce back versus Mariners pitching/bp pretty damn well.

 

Mariners manager kept Hernandez in the game because he knew his bp would give up the lead.

Agreed... Living in LA, I can get out of work, hit the gym, be back in time to pour a Sam Summer, sit back, and enjoy!

Stop complaining about the game time. I'm getting up at 5 am to watch this whole series.

 

And there is a good chance the whole division (Except us) losses again. Yanks are putting a first time major leaguer who wasn't very impressive at AAA versus red hot Jose Quintana of Chicago. Rays are falling apart and facing Verlander tonight won't help. BJs are facing Erving Santana who looked great in his last two starts (2 ER in 17 IP), and Angels are on a streak. Lastly the O's are facing the Guardians, Arrieta vs. Lowe, so not much luck for them there.

 

By tomorrow we can be half a game from the bottom wildcard.

Noesi is exactly the kind of no name loser that could shut down our offense again.

I like the game time. I prefer running in the dark so it's nice to do it and have the game to look forward to after.

I like that, too.

 

Sadly, Pedroia never bats fourth unless their is an injury or someone is slumping big.

 

Would be nice to see WMB in the 2 a few times.

 

I wouldn't doubt it could happen. Bobby loves to mix the lineup from day to day.
