I must admit....I am VERY concerned about this team. I thought Kay made a rare BUT good point. Unlike the Yankee teams from the past this team will NEVER be able to go on a long winning streak if their 4th and 5th starters along with Randy Johnson cant give them anything. During the dynasty years it was possible to go on long winning streaks when you can throw Clemens, Pettitte, Cone and El Duque out there. I dont think they need a dominate pitcher I just think they need to find an innings eater because the pen is getting taxed.

Edit: Wait, that would mean not killing the bullpen...of course Torre wouldn't do that. Our genius manager takes out Chacon after he throws less than 60 pitches. Horrible.

And Torre goes to the pen....why he is brining in Ron Villone is beyond me. I guess hes killed Proctor now its time to kill Villone. Sometimes you have to give up on games because using Villone here is a waste.

To be honest I'm still not happy. Before this series I looked at the schedule and saw you guys were going to get the White Sox while we get the D-Rays. I also figured there would be a chance for us maybe to pick up a game in Cleveland. My goal looking at the schedule was maybe to cut the lead down to 2 going into the break. The Sox have lost 2 games. That was our chance to pick up 2 games on you guys before you face the White Sox. We are just wasting opportunities.
