    You guys crack me up. Con Man is a settle, because he wasn’t the Red Sox first choice for 1B. Alonso was offered a contract first, and then after he turned the Red Sox down the Red Sox turned to Con Man. Bregman was the Red Dox first choice for 3B, but when Brez botched the negotiations, and he signed with the Cubs the Red Sox settled on DUBin. The settle has Nothing to do with the here, and now, and the settle is old news now.

    Fred is right what he’s saying, and this is right too. A Flintstone Schwaber in the middle of the Red SOX lineup would have done wonders just like a lot of AAAA players the Red Sox are using have not done wonders. This the record the Red Sox have.

    Let’s tell the whole story. 8 runs came in 1 start that bloated that ERA. His last start he gave up 2 ER in 6 innings, and his last 5 starts he’s given up 11 runs with 8 of those coming in 1 game.
