  1. Yabba dabba doo Flintstone Schwaber would have added some too. As someone has said you are what your record says you are. It doesn’t matter all the whys, and why nots.
  2. Well said. I don’t know if the Red Sox actually thought KC was ready, but the Red Sox needed a 2B after going through a revolving door the year before of 11 2B, so they gave him a shot. After a good first month it’s been all downhill ever since, and at the moment he looks more, and more like a lost cause, and there is probably more than 1 issue that’s causing it both physically, and emotionally. He seemed like a nice kid, so hopefully he gets back to being at least respectable.
  3. Seems that his old swing was at least working better than whatever he’s doing now.
  4. If he was good enough to sail through the minors, and get to Boston why try to change things. He’s regressed this year from last year at Woo not to mention Boston.
  5. After 75 games the Boston RedWOO Sox are slogging along with 31-44 record in a weak watered down league. Only 5 games back from a wildcard berth, and the RW Sox would only have to climb over 7 teams to get there. On the bright side the boys in Red will only have to go 50-37 the rest of the way to stop from being called a losing team, and remember there’s no place like home, there’s no place like home where the Boys of summer are sporting a 12-25 record at the not so friendly Fenway. AWESOME!👏
  6. Can’t be offended when ILMO. You’re just assuming, because he’s sucking so bad the Red Sox are doing something with him. If anything it’s messing him up more than anything, and definitely not doing the kid any good.👋
  7. I’m not the one questioning his futility, and making excuses for why he sucks so much with bat.
  8. You have to consider the neighborhood, and who said it, and especially when it’s NNN.
  9. I know no one is counting, but Alonso hit his 18th today with 3 more RBI giving him 52.
  10. What a difference a year makes. Then it was great, but NOW it’s a whole different story. Tomorrow?
  11. Giving advice from the Man Who Hides Behind The Curtain, and more times than not is on the wrong side of Memphis.🤫
  12. We DO KNOW what KC is NOT doing at WOO, and that is hitting the baseball. 2 more K’S today, and now 4-41 in June with 18K’S. If it makes you feel better to think KC is struggling so much is because he’s working on recognizing hitting breaking balls then think away, but KC is looking more lost at the plate everyday.
  13. Did DUBin’s and Mayer’s first 31 AB count this year? Are they going to count the same if they have 500 AB? Like it, or not some fans analyze every single AB in every single game, and then form an opinion. You can do it another way whatever ever floats you boat, but I don’t care either way you do it.👋
  14. You guys are more worried about that than I am. Home runs will be more too.
  15. No one is saying it’s not a small sample size, but it just seems it matters a lot more to you. If Blaze had played 1 game for the Red Sox, and all he had was 1 AB all that would matter to me is what he did in that 1 AB, and that’s as small as a sample size as you can get. You guys are so hung up on this small sample size stuff. Have at it. Knock yourself out.
  16. I am very well aware that runners on base matters for RBI, but like I said before also runners don’t matter for HR. Either way I still say Alonso still ends up with more on both HR, and RBI when the season is all said, and done.
  17. Read what I said, and not what you thought I said. I said up to now I agree that Alonso wouldn’t have made much, or any difference. The thing I’ve said all along is that at the end of the season Alonso would have more HR, and RBI than the Con Man.
  18. Like I said I’m not dissing what Con Man has done at all, and he’s pretty smooth around the 1B bag, so I agree that Alonso up to now wouldn’t have made much, or any difference, but Flintstone would have made a huge difference that you managed to leave out, but that’s ok.
  19. Inside out, round, and round, and how low can you go. I think you’re trying to find that 3rd option in the fork in the road, but that’s ok. Keep looking.
  20. Ranger even though he has pitched pretty well hasn’t been for the most part more than a 5 inning pitcher. Flintstone, and Alonso would have made a bigger difference IMO than Con Man, and Ranger, and I’m not downplaying Con Man at all. The W-L record the Red Sox have now speaks for itself.
  21. You got it Fred the Red Sox would have had to have traded some OF, and or released Masa. It not that complicated to understand that, but of course I’m not sure Brez could have pulled any of that off.
  22. Huh? Wow! If the Red Sox would have signed Alonso, and Flintstone like I said they should before the FA signings started why do you think all the above guys you mentioned would have still been on the team?
