It's time for Suarez to start earning his keep.

While it's not even the middle of April, yet, this seems like a game we kinda/should have to win.

I have the opportunity for the first time to sit down and watch a game since last weekend… do I even want to is the question though?

Smallsamplesize and all that, but on one of the worst offenses in baseball, Wilyer Abreu leads the American League in WAR, Batting Average, Hits and Total Bases.

I see he's batting 5th again in Boston's line-up.

If the Sox are readjusting the batting order because some guys are slumping, then I have one suggestion: please make sure the best hitter -- in the league -- gets up in the 1st inning.

In these days of Mason Miller Time, scoring first is more important than ever...

Its 70 degrees here in St. Louis and supposed to be 80 tomorrow. No excuses on cold weather. I'm going to the game tonight and tomorrow. Hope they play better than last night. At least I won't have to watch Zach Kelly tonight. I told my son as we watched it last night that the Sox would be behind after Kelly came in. How come Cora and Breslow don't realize that???

Cora is not that smart. Why try to get the lead in the first inning.

and TrE-6vor Story at SS. again. he won't move him to 2B any more than he'd ever ask Raffy to play first. dude is weak.

What does Abreu have to do to get moved up in the lineup? And what does Duran have to do to get benched? Or at least moved down?

Some people will tell you the reason he didn’t ask Devers to play first is Cora think Devers could handle it.  And will insist this was the case even after Devers played first base without incident multiple times in San Fran.

I agree with you.  Cora is a weak Player Pleaser who doesn’t really ever try to get his best defensive lineup on the field…

New SP?

Kyle Leahy throws right-handed.  Is he not starting now?

With this offense does it really matter what arm he throws with?

Started and ended with with. Complete accident.

2.5 runs. Over/Under?

I really don't think the offense is this bad, and I doubt we finish in the bottom 10 in runs or OPS, but to start they year, I had hopes we might finish near #10.

I was wrong. Juiced baseballs won't help this team. MLB needs to move in the fences -- to the infield grass.

The Red Sox still won't hit home runs, because all their contact is weak grounders. But at least they'll hit some off the wall.

If I were the Red Sox hitting coach, I would not be buying a house. He’s due to be fired any day. This offense is  pathetic.

At 4-9 the whole team stinks

Actually, they’re tied for ninth in MLB in Hard Hit %…
