We'll see what happens. It's usually one good and one bad start when you face those types of pitchers. Wouldn't be surprised if the Sox bats were quiet.

Originally when Rafaela came up yesterday Cora said he would probably be starting today, so I guess he changed his mind, and didn’t want to bench someone, so he could play.

Way too many pitches. Bello has to figure out a way to put guys away a lot earlier. Doesn’t have to be a K, but he can’t take 8-9 pitches to get a ground out.

If he’s knocked out, how does he stay in to die? Knocked out means he’s not in the game anymore.

 

If you meant knocked around, the answer no. A Baraclough is one thing. They aren’t going to mess around with a Bello. Some low level bullpen guy will do the honors. My guess is Jacques, who is back up in place of Baraclough.
