Did they even want to win todsy? They started some dipshit 32 year old with who pitched one game since 2020 who sucks, then being in Corey Kluber? Should’ve just forfeit this game and saved everyone time

Well said, and I agree 100%. This should have been Whitlock’s day to pitch. I don’t want to hear he is being saved for the Yankees. This team needs every win they can get, and are nowhere good enough to be saving anyone for anything.

Kluber has given up a cycle this inning. The worst pitcher in baseball! Way to leave him in there Cora.

Why was he brought in? Nick Pivetta hasn’t pitched this series.

Nope. This will either be Kluber's last game for Boston, or Cora's...

be fine with me. this is just a s*** show that never ends. where is Moon and his glass is half full attitude?

Cora postgame: "Kluber really bailed out the bullpen by eating innings tonight. The ball was coming out of his hand good. They were just finding some holes. Overall, he did a nice job. We're on to New York."

He seldom posts in game threads until late; he starts watching games late and fast forwards until he catches up to live action.

He also said this week he was on a trip to California so we would be spared his long winded posts most of the time (paraphrasing here, but that was the spirit of it).4

Further postgame comments by Cora: " I often lose games intentionally by putting in guys like Kluber because baseball is a long season and you can't win them all."

Damn. Da fook happened? It was 3-2. Just catching up. Kluber is cooked it seems. This hurts a little.

Edit: and on queue Middlebrooks trying to polish the turd. A+ for effort dude.

Kluber happened.

It ended up being a DP, but another stupid play by the Sox infield. Raffy either has to come home and get Kwan or go directly to first to get Ramirez. They easily could have gotten no one. Bad Guardians’ baserunning bailed them out.

Casas now below the Mendoza line.

Now below it? He reached .200 (exactly) for 1 day (after the May 28th game); he's been below it every game before that date and every game after that date.

Now, Fred ? He's been there most of the year with only a few peeks above the line for a quick but not deep breath.

Illinois is more precise on it but I was trying to imply some positive notes on Casas, never again !

Don’t look now, but Triston is back over the Mendoza line for the 2nd time this year.

that's really a moral builder for the players, Devers is down in the dumps as some other guys, never motivates or gets his players charged up, a horrible manager, a team very weak on fundamentals and embarrasses them, tomorrow night we have Cole, what inning will he give up then, can't take all the blame Bloom is brutal, we are no better than last year

in all my years watching baseball and they are many, I never heard a manager say he's losing games intentionally, when you're thinking playoffs you look for these early season wins they can't be made up, guy should be fired on the spot

You do realize Ted wrote that DURING the game as a tongue in cheek prediction of what Cora would say, right?
