You are right the posting fee goes to the team in Japan, but the big smile on Boris face came from his xtra money from Yoshida that came from the xtra money from Bloom that they were not expecting.

Matt Strahm for example, was ok but certainly nothing special. He did get one year older. Also, he tripled in value. How, exactly?

There is evidence on the bids that went out for Yoshida, but they won’t be released, so unless Bloom was to say what the Red Sox were willing, or not willing to pay Bogey there is no evidence. Fell off your high horse huh? Must have been quite a picture.

My guess is Yoshida had an asking price and the Sox met it cutting LA and SD out of the bidding, who knows what they would have paid for him. We will never know.

You still get it wrong. You keep saying best CF'er, when I said best defensive season by a CF'er. This is another clear example how you intentionally choose to build strawmen, over and over and over. You are arguing against a position nobody held. I said I felt he had the b est defensive CF season I had seen, Later, I agreed others had some that were as great or maybe even greater. This is not the first time you said CF and not CF D. Mayb e you meant to say "D," but after you've done it at least 5 times, and been called out each time, I find it hard to believe it was a typing mistake.
