like Ted Williams used to say. Pitchers are like dumb animals.

Well, maybe not Astros pitchers. If they are, the Sox lineup is barely plant life.

But by a team only two wins away from the World Series?

1966 World Series. The Dodgers scored single runs in each of the second and third innings of Game 1. They never scored again in the series, losing all four games by scores of 5-2, 6-0, 1-0 and 1-0.

I remember it mostly because it was the first World Series I paid attention to.

Whatever happens, I respect Nate Eovaldi's efforts all season long. They didn't get here without him

He has been the only one that showed up to this even if he gives it up right here.

That was a great recovery, but now need to give him a rest ( 20 minute, 4 run half inning) See if the gutless wonders show up carry toothpicks for Dusty or bats for some hitting

f***ing Great Nate. One bad pitch, but many great ones.

We still got ourselves a game. If that doesn't inspire some offense -- and I don't care if it's smallball -- nothing will.

Nasty Nate!

Vazquez is the one calling the pitches.

Funny thing about Ted's stupid saying. When he is on the mound, Sale does everything he can not to think. He is totally focused on executing his pitches and leaves the thinking, the selection of pitches, to the catcher. That's called "dumb like a fox."

He’s the only one that has shown up tonight. I don’t wanna hear it! I thought the same for sale as well last game.

Where is Vaz calling them from, the dugout ? Or did I miss a substitution
