Looks like you never lost a beat in the harassment of Texas over the years. Look man, I just work here. And happen to live here.

The music thing is good here, just not since the plague cause we are called the world's LIVE MUSIC capitol of the world and nothin's been live for more than a year.

I live in upstate NY; Nothing here to brag about. Hell, the only band that made a dent from Syracuse nationally was an 80's band called THE FLASHCUBES, but only for a couple of years.

The Syracuse University football team was, perhaps, the worst major college team in the country last season. They've been bad for a long time. However, if you're into ancient history, both Jim Brown and Ernie Davis played for them.

Houston is one of the most amazing cities in the USA. I never knew it till I lived near it. But it's probably more eclectic and interesting and diverse than all but a handful of cities in the USA.

Except where splinter lives. As obviously intergalactic aliens have rooted there and made it their home.

If it makes you feel better, I dislike Florida more.

I guess time will tell, but it's better than hearing that he had a set back.

When I think about it. Why the heck didn't he have surgery about 2 years ago and just be good to go now.

Well, Florida is one of the places that even Texas can make fun of. So I hear that.

I'm kind of wondering if the only reason that I can't make fun of upper NY is that they just aren't nutz enough to be recognized as crazy as Florida and Texas. I mean I'm from Maine, and upper Maine isn't exactly rocket science country.

Funny enough, I just, as within a week ago, visited Roswell. And Roswell and the only difference in any city in upper Maine is that they never have the claim to fame that they had an actual alien landing.

It's a very diverse city, and there are a lot of things to do.

Great restaurant choices.

Museums and parks.

Beaches nearby.

Not as red neck as it used to be.

Actually, if NYC wasn't part of NY, NY would be Kansas.

At this point, Dalbec's approach s/b to get in the batter's box and just look for one pitch in one location. If that pitch is thrown, great. If it isn't, well it can't be any worse than it is now.

Dalbec's approach will land him in Worcester shortly.

I live in Sugar Land, which is just SW of Houston. Very safe, clean and diverse.

There are very bad parts of town, but I avoid those areas.

We go to Maine every summer, so we miss the hottest month, but yes, it's over 90 everyday from June 1st to October 1st, and in the 80's and 90's most of May and October.

The long hot summers rival Maine's long cold winters- both are 4-5 months long..
