Well

Being Canadien I likely will be cheering for the jays come playoffs and then the Braves.

Fight me

Actually don’t. I’m sore and don’t want to be more sore. But I’ll cheer for these guys.

Acuna already hit one to the Moonya. It's so ironic; Tom Caron was just telling us how Mazza has dominated Atlanta... in 4 2/3 innings! Geez, Tom, that's only four outs away from being one quality start...

To be fair, outside of the moon shot, Mazza pitched pretty well for 5 innings.

Wow. Better game than I expected

Despite the outcome, it was a really entertaining game. It held my interest until the end, which is more than I can say about some of the other Sox games this season.

You have to cheer for someone once your team is out. As long as it's not the Yankees, we're good. LOL I'm not going to pull for another AL East team, but I like the Braves. There are several young/new teams in the postseason that I can root for.

The Braves made two hilarious defensive plays last night. I hope that continues this series.

It was a game that was more entertaining than had any right to be.

If someone on here cheered for the yankees, I would send them help lmao. Jays, I have a soft spot for however. It would be neat to see an under dog do good. I would also be ok with Oakland making a run.

That might be true, but spending a fortune on a closer doesn't change that.

If you can get a good one cheap , that is wonderful. That also applies to every other position in baseball . As well as many things in life . But , like closing , it's not easy to do.

It would be a real plus and encouraging for Houck to pitch a quality start and then proceed to ST in February with confidence. Agree with some that the Sox may not want him to start in Boston next year, still very light on overall experience but his pitches move and as Maddux said, that is a key in pitching.
