I still think Hunter Greene or Nick Lodolo would headline the package with likely two more prospects (one likely a reliever as that’s Bloom’s MO of building) and one far away. Then the Sox would probably get a big league outfielder back to fill the void.

Getting back to Price, if I was Bloom, I would talk to the Angels and ask for Patrick Sandoval. Just turned 23, Lefty, four pitch mix guy. Dominant in 2018 after being traded by Houston. Held his own in 10 games last year in the bigs, but got shellacked in AAA Salt Lake (albeit extreme hitters park). He's a guy with upside and huge K numbers who you could throw in as the 5th starter and at least hope he can develop into something. Might have to eat extra cash to get him, but it would at least satisfy as a talent for talent deal

Does the trade simulator just expect him to be a negative WAR player going foward if that's the case? Or is the -60M remaining value just throwing s*** at the wall? Would it make more sense if his remaining value was -35M instead because that's what it would take to apparently move him for no future value?
